1, applicable  scope

The technology conditions can only be used for YuLi east aromatics project 2000 m3LPG spherical tank MnCrMoVR steel plate with the order.

2, the reference standard

GB19189 pressure container with the quality high strength steel plate

GB/T709 hot-rolled steel plate and steel strip shape, size, weight and allow deviation

GB/T247 steel plate and steel with acceptance, packaging, sign and quality certificate the general rules

GB/T222 steel chemical analyses of the sampling method and finished with the chemical composition allow deviation

GB/T2975 steel and steel products mechanical test sampling location and samples preparation

GB 6654 pressure vessel USES of the steel plate

JB 4730 pressure vessel NDT

3, size, shape, quality and allow deviation

Steel plate size, shape, quality and allow deviation according to GB/T709 and GB6654 regulation, including steel, the roughness not more than 6/1000.

4, technical requirements

4.1 chemical composition

The chemical composition of steel (melting analysis) should be in accordance with table 1, finished product analysis and melting analysis of error should be consistent with the GB/T222 rules.

2. Allow the other add trace alloy element outside the watch. The supplier shall ensure that added outside table 1of the alloy elements included in the melting of trace analysis Pcm results.

4.2 delivery status

All steel plates are to be conditioning heat treatment (quenching and tempering) bofore the delivery, and tempering temperature not less than 610 ℃.

4.3 mechanical properties

Steel should be finished tensile test by piece, impact test and cold bending test, the test results shall be in accordance with table 2 regulations.

Note 1: the impact of the axis should be located the thickness of the steel plate 1/4, provide the thickness of the steel plate handled the impact of the measured value in 1/2 performance.

4.4 sample heat treatment

07 MnCrMoVR steel plate mechanical properties by simulating the after welding test after heat treatment, heat treatment system simulation after welding table 3 shows. The supplier should provide the steel plate performance simulation of heat treatment after welding after mechanical properties test data, and the results should comply with the provisions of the table 2.
