1, application scope: the project technology conditions reference to GB150-98 standard applicable to the 12 Cr2Mo1R steel platesthat the thickness no more than 150mm

2, the steel plate size and shape, weight and allow deviation.

2.1 the size of the steel plate, shape, weight and deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of GB6654-96 standard.

2.2 therangeof thickness of the steel plate comply withGB6654, tolerance zone move up to deviation the supply  .

Plates shall beaccordingto theoretical weight 2.3 to delivery, the added value of the nominal thickness according to the provisions of the GB6654 add 0.25 mm calculation.

3 and technical requirements

3.1 chemical composition (melting analysis) should comply with the provisions of the table of under (Wt %).

3.2 meltingmethods: use electric furnace + LF/VD concise method smelting.

3.3 delivery status: normalized and backfiring.

3.4 the simulation welding steel heat treatment with thick performance under the provisions of the table. Sample simulation thick welding heat treatment system: temperature 690 ±10 ℃; Holding time: 8 hours.

3.5 high temperature tensile testaccording to furnace : 70 mm and 72 mm inspection 482 ℃tensile δ0.2≥174Mpa; 50 mm, 52 mm inspection 302 ℃tensile δ0.2≥250Mpa; 44 mm, 48 mm, 20 mm inspection 427 ℃tensile δ0.2δ0.2≥235Mpa.

3.6 steel plate ultrasonic examination Comply with stipulation of JB4730-94 one piece after another, Ⅱclass qualified.

3.7 the steel plate surface quality should comply with the regulations of the GB6654-96 standard.

4, steel, the sampling method, the experimental method and acceptance rules should comply with the provisions of the GB6654-96 standard.

5, steel plates of the package, mark and quality certificate should comply with the GB/T247-97 standard rules.

5.1 the logo and the quality certificate steel plate, grade of steel according to  "12 Cr2Mo1R" mark and print, standardnumberaccording to "WYJ050-2004" mark and print.

6, matters not to conform execution the GB6654 -96 standard rules.
