1. The applicable scope

The technology conditions used in electric arc furnace + vacuum refining outside the furnace method of hydrogen and Cr1MoR the smelting of fine grain calm steel.

The steel plate size and shape, weight and deviation should be allowed to meet ASME SA20/20 M of the provisions of the standard.

(4) the tempering embrittlement of full sensitivity (X) should meet the following requirements:

4.2 delivery status: the steel plate to normalized (allows cooling) + tempering state delivery. According to the agreement between the supply and demand, hot forming steel plate can also annealing or high temperature tempering state delivery, to sample for billet normalized(allows cooling) + tempering state + simulation welding heat treatment, sample size billet quartile 3 T ×3 T ×T (T for steel plate thickness).

4.3 mechanical properties

The mechanical properties of the steel plate section 4.3.1 should comply with the provisions of the table 2 (sample for simulation of heat treatment after welding state).
