1, applicable scope

The technology conditions apply to thickness not greater than 60 mm in 15 CrMoR fine grain calm hydrogen steel plates.

2, technical requirements

2.1 chemical composition: the chemical composition of steel (melting analysis) should be in accordance with table 1 (wt %)

Note: (1) melting analysisaccording to each furnace (pot), sampling, finished product analysis should be according to the steel rolling by piece to take a sample, the deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of GB222, P≤0.015%,S≤0.012%,Cu≤0.20%,Ni≤0.25%。

 (2) * residual element analysis with melting finished product requirement analysis, the results only do records, does not make the acceptance conditions.

(3) embrittlement of tempering sensitivity modulus (X) should meet the following requirements:

X=(10P+5Sb+4Sn+As)×10-2≤15PPm

Type of element are in PPm content replace into, such as the 0.01% to 100 PPm replace into.

2.2 delivery status: steel to normalizing + tempering state delivery.

2.3 mechanical properties

2.3.1 sample to simulate the mechanical properties of welding heat treatment should comply with the provisions of the table 2.
