1,Applicable scope

The technology conditions apply to thickness of 8-120 mm of MnR 16 cracking (HIC), steel plates.

2, size, shape, weight and allow deviation

2.1 the size of the steel plate, shape, weight and permissible deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of the GB709-88.

2.2 the thickness of the steel plate permissible deviation should be allowed to meet the GB6654-1996 regulations.

3, technical requirements

4.1 chemical composition

The chemical composition of steel should be in accordance with table 1.

Note: (1) the improve performance of steel plate, can add somemicroalloyelements.

(2) the value for reference only, do not make acceptance conditions.

(3) * * CE = C + Mn / 6 + (Cu + Ni) / 15 + (Cr + Mo + V) / 5

(3) Ca, O2content analysis can be used finished product analysisvalue instead of melting analysis value.

4.2 delivery status: the steel plate to normalized state delivery.

4.3 all steel plate shall be welded with the simulation test after heat treatment, process system for: 620 (+ 15 ℃/-0 ℃), holding time: 8 hours.

4.4 mechanical properties

4.4.1 steel plate mechanical properties should be consistent with the provisions of the table 2, the thickness of the steel plate tensile properties GB5313-85 standard should be consistent with the provisions of the Z35 level (sample should be  simulation of heat treatment after welding state).

Note: * thickness < 24 mm steel plate, do not do the thickness direction tensile test.

4.4.2 steel plate of hydrogen induction crack cracking (HIC) test

Hydrogen crack resistance induction cracking (HIC) test method executive NACE TM-0284 standard, the requirement as follows:

Solution PH * = 4.8 ~ 5.4; Three sample average: 10% or CLR *; CSR * 3% or;CTR * 1.5% or less

* : PH-medium PH, required for the end of the numerical solution of the PH.

CLR-crack length percentage; CSR-crack sensitive percentage; CTR-crack thickness percentage.

4.4.3 steel plate should be process hardness testing after piece by piece, hardness value≤200 HB.
