1, Applicable scope:this technical agreement applicable to not more than 40 mm thickness of Mn2V 45 steel plate.

2.2 steel plate to the rest of the size, shape, weight deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of the GB709-88 standard.

3. Technical requirements

3.3 delivery status: the hot rolling
