1, the technology conditions can be used in making heavy trucks, brackets, crane beam hoist boom and similar USES of thickness not more than 20 mm A656Gr80 steel plates.

2, size, shape, weight and allowed deviation

2.1 the steel plate surface may not have obvious waves, the distance between the adjacent peaks or troughs not less than 1 m, steel plate roughness is not more than 6 mm/m.

2.2 the size of the steel plate, shape, weight and permissible deviation should be allowed to meet ASTM A6M of the provisions of the standard.

3, technical requirements

3.1 chemical composition

3.1.1 chemical composition (melting analysis) shall conform to the provisions of the table 1.

Note 1: niobium or vanadium, or both, minimum for 0.005%, when two elements are all added, maximizing the total content of 0.20%.

Note 2: to improve performance of steel, can right amount add Cr, Ni, Mo etc alloy element.

3.1.2 The same furnace number only do a finished product analysis.

3.1.3 the finished steel product analysis permissible  permissible  deviation should be allowed to meet ASTM A6M of the provisions of the standard.

3.2 delivery status: the hot rolling

3.3 mechanical properties

Steel transversemechanical properties should be consistent with the requirements of the table 2
