(2)Embrittlement of tempering sensitivity modulus X shall meet the following requirements::

X=(10P+5Sb+4Sn+As)×10-2≤15ppm

The element of formula replaced by ppm,such as 0.01%replaced by 100ppm。

4.dilivery state:Steel plate to normalized(allows cooling) + tempering state delivery。

5.Mechanical properties shall meet the provisions of the table 2 (try to simulate billet after welding heat treatment)。
