1, scope: the rules apply to DIWA 353 (13 MnNiMo54) steel production and inspection (executive standard equivalent to ha pot DIWA 353 purchasing procedures).

2, supply condition: 890 ~ 950 ℃normalized 620 ~ 680 ℃tempering.

3, size, shape and allow deviation

Steel plate size and shape according to the relevant requirements EN10029 tolerance, which according to the thickness tolerance EN10029 grade B, straightness press N level.

4, the chemical composition of the steel plate should be consistent with the requirements of the table 1.

5、mechanical proper

 Simulating  after welding the mechanical properties of the samples after heat treatment (horizontal) should meet the provisions of the table 2.

Note: (1) listed in the table impact value for the average of the three specimens, allow a impact value less than rating, but they should not be below and J.

(2) simulation after welding heat treatment process: temperature: 580 ~ 610 ℃, holding time 7 hours. 300 ℃to 150 ℃than cooling speed up/hour, 300 ℃below are welcome.

6, steel plates normalizedand temperingstate of the tensile properties of high temperature should be consistent with the requirements in table 3.
