1. Application scope : this technology conditions apply to more than 200 mm thickness of SA 387 Gr22CL2 steel production and inspection.

2 size, shape, roughness, weight and allow deviation: the size of the steel plate, appearance, roughness, weight and deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of ASME SA387 / SA387M.

3. Technical requirements

3.1 the chemical composition of the steel plate should be in accordance with table 1.

Note: (1) when thick plate ≥125mm, C≤0.17%

(2)except in table 1 prescribed trace elements, Ni, Cu should be 0.20% or less, 0.07% or V, should be strictly control As, Sb, Sn harmful element content.

(3) when add special element (Nb, B) except prescribed in table 1shoule get the agree of the user.

3.2 delivery status: normalized and backfiring

Is the fire: 925 ±25 ℃, allows cooling;

Tempering: 730 ±25 ℃, air cold.

3.3 the mechanical properties of the steel plate should comply with the provisions of the table 2:
