3003 for AL - Mn alloy, is one of the most widely used antirust aluminum, this kind of the strength of the alloy is not high, (slightly higher than that of industrial pure aluminum). It can't strengthen by heat treatment. The cold working method is adopted to improve its mechanical properties.
Purpose is mainly used for something need high plasticity and good weldability, and as low load parts working in a liquid or gas medium, such as oil tank, gas or oil duct, other various liquid containers and made parts of deep drawing: wire used for rivet.

Conditions to yield strength 0.2(MPa) 85 or higher
Sample size: all the wall thickness
1) Homogenizing annealing: heating to 510 ~ 510 ℃.Holding time 4 ~ 6 h; Air cooling.
2) Rapid annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ℃.On different material effective thickness, heat preservation time of 30 ~ 120 min. Air or water.
3) High temperature annealing: heating to 350 ~ 350 ℃.Thickness 6 mm or higher, the heat preservation time 10 ~ 30 min; < 6 mm, heat through; Air cooling.
4) Low temperature annealing: heating to 250 ~ 250 ℃.Holding time 1 ~ 3 h; Air or water.
Status: aluminium and aluminium alloy pressure plate (0.6 ~ 0.8 mm, HX8 state)
