1. The technology conditions with reference to the provisions of GB3077-88 standard, apply to is not more than 150 mm thick plate.

2. The size, shape, weight and deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of the GB709-88.

3. Technical requirements

3.1 the chemical composition of steel (melting analysis) should comply with the regulations of the GB3077-88 standard. See table

1.2 delivery status: the annealing or high temperature firing back. Steel plate identification and quality certificate issued by annealing.

1.3 machinery and process performance

1.3.1 steel plate annealing or high temperature tempering thick hardness index: HB≤187

1.3.2 provide sample after adjusting quality of mechanical properties: σb, the delta 5 and normal temperature AKU.

1.4 the surface quality of the provisions of the GB11251 should comply with the standard.
