1, suitable for:

The technology conditions apply to thickness is no more than the 250 mm 20 MnMo-R thick plate production, inspection.

2, the steel plate size and shape, weight, roughness and deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of the GB709-88 standard.

3, technical requirements

3.1 chemical composition (melting analysis) should be in accordance with table 1.

3.2 by smelting steel electric + vacuum processing, steel rolling compression ratio ≥3.

3.3 delivery status: normalized (allows cooling) and tempering.

3.4 mechanical properties

The performance of the steel plate should comply with the provisions of the table 2.

Note: the thickness of the steel plate handled direction (Z to) the area reduction average ψquartile 15%.

3.5 sampling location, and method of inspection of the regulations and the provisions of the GB6654-96.

3.6 surface quality should comply with the provisions of the GB6654-96.
