WYJ013-2004 WH80
1. The applicable scope
The technology conditions stipulated the low welding crack sensitivity of identity (CF) WH80 steel plate size, shape, and allow deviation, technical requirements, sample method, inspection rule, packing mark and quality certificate, etc.
The technology conditions apply to all kinds of engineering machinery, large excavator, bulldozer, dump truck, lifting the crane, drilling platform, coal mining machinery (hydraulic support, scraper conveyor), and other equipment require a high strength and high toughness or low temperature toughness, of the welding performance requirements of high yield strength with an important structure for 680 MPa, thickness of 8 ~ 60 mm steel plates.
2. The size, shape, weight and allow deviation
The steel plate size and shape, weight and deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of GB/T709,
3. Technical requirements
3.1 grades and chemical composition
The brand for WH80 3.1.1 steel
The chemical composition of steel 3.1.1&3.1.2 (melting analysis) should be in accordance with table 1.

Note: (1) the Ceq formulas for the Ceq (%) = C + Mn / 6 + (Mo + Cr + V) / 5 + (Ni + Cu) / 15
(2) Pcm computation formula is
Pcm (%) = C + Si / 30 + Mn / 20 + Cu / 20 + Ni / 60 + Cr / 20 + Mo / 15 + V / 10 + 5 B
(3) carbon equivalentCeq≤0.50%,welding crack sensitive index Pcm≤0.22%
3.1.3 deviation of chemical composition of the finished product steel plate should be allowed to meet the GB/T222 corresponding provisions.
3.2 delivery status: controlled rolling and tempering
3.3 mechanics and process performance
Steel plate tensile, bending, impact test results should comply with the provisions of the table 2.table2
