1. The applicable scope
This technical agreement for Chinese oil dushanzi petrochemical branch import kazakhstan technical renovation engineering of crude oil tank, oil 100000 cubic meters floating roof with 12 oil tank MnNiVR (including 12 MnNiVR-SR) steel plate order.
2. The size, shape, appearance and allow deviation

3. Technical requirements

3.2 delivery status
All steel plates are to be heated quenching and tempering offline again after delivery, and steel plate tempering not less than 620 ℃temperature. Tempering steel temperature in quality noted in the certificate.
3.3 mechanical properties
Steel should be driven DOB tensile test, impact test and cold bending test, the test result should comply with the provisions of the table 2.
