1, applicable scope:
This standard stipulates MnNiMo5-4 13 (DIWA353, BHW35) boiler tube pan with the technical requirements of the steel plate.
2, steel manufacturing
Steel smelting by electric furnace, and should be the refining outside the furnace vacuum deairing with all of deoxidizing molded calm steel, the method of hot rolling steel manufacturing machine. Finished steel plate after normalizing + tempering heat treatment.
3, size deviation
3.1 steel plate size deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of the EN10029, of which the steel plate straightness allow deviation according to GB709, thickness allow deviation for C level, according to the theory of steel weight delivery, theoretical weight nominal thickness according to + 50% on the added value of deviation calculation.
4, technical requirements
4.1 the chemical composition of steel besides melting analysis outside, still should be finished product analysis, and shall be in accordance with table 1.

4.2 heat treatment
Steel should be after normalized + tempering heat treatment, and meet the requirements of the table 2.

Certificate of quality shall be reported to the finished product steel plate of heat treatment of actual standard.
4.3 mechanical properties
The normalized and tempering heat treatment is finished product steel plate, the horizontal mechanics performance should be consistent with section 4.3.1 and the provisions of the 4.3.3 and 4.3.2.

4.3.2 The high temperature of steel plate instantaneous yield strength
The high temperature of steel plate instantaneous yield strength Rp0.2 should comply with the provisions of the table 4. Except where otherwise provided by the contract order, the temperature: 92 mm thickness for 350 ℃, the thickness of the 135 mm and 110 mm to 370 ℃.
