1. Ingot and billet accordingto Ⅰgroup steel heating,
2. adopt the Ⅱtype controlled rolling, the two stage’s open rolling temperature ≤920℃.finishing rolling temperature ≤880 ℃.
3. use the ACC water cooling steel after rolled, the temperature of steel cooling to red is 680-720℃

normalized technology: 910±10℃.   Normalizing furnace’s total heating time＞1.5min/mm

4. the heat preservation time of  outside machine furnace and car bottom furnace:    ≥1.5 min/mm
