1,Applicable scope

The technology conditions apply to not more than 30 mm steel plates.

2, size, shape, weight and allow deviation

2.1 the size of the steel plate, shape, weight and permissible deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of the GB709.

2.2 steel plate roughness should comply with the regulations of the GB11251.

3, technical requirements

3.1 chemical composition

3.1.1The chemical composition of the steel (melting analysis) shall conform to the standards GB3077 in the provisions of the 35CrMnSiA steel (see table 1).

3.1.2 the content of steel residual of Mo,V, Ti should be analysis, and recorded in the quality certificate.

3.1.3 According to buyer's requirement, and quoted in the contract, can be proceed product analysis, finished product analysis deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of GB222.

3.2 delivery status: high temperature tempering or normalized.

3.3 mechanical properties

3.3.1 track the delivery of the goods in high temperature tempering state plates, mechanical properties should comply with the σb: 600 ~ 800 Mpa; δ5 quartile 16%.

3.3.2 through the delivery of steel in normalized status , elongation accord with the δ5 quartile 16% of cases, σb cap allows up to 850 Mpa.

3.3.3More than 20 mm thickness of steel, every increase 1 mm thickness, elongation allowed δ5 quartile the 16% rule reduced by 0.25% (absolute value), but reduce the maximum value of no more than 2%.
