1.25Cr-0.5Mo-Si Steel Plate

1. The applicable scope

This technical condition applies only to sinopec Beijing yanshan branch catalytic gasoline desulfurization with adsorption device

The hydrogen 1.25 Cr-0.5 Mo-Si steel plates.

2. The size, shape, quality and allow deviation

The size of the steel plate, appearance, quality, and deviation should be allowed to meet SA387 / SA387M ASME of the provisions of the standard.

3. Technical requirements

3.1 the chemical composition of the steel plate should be in accordance with table 1

A) embrittlement of tempering sensitivity modulus should comply with the following requirements:

X = (10 P + 5 Sb + 4 Sn + As) X 10-2 than 15 PPM

3.2 delivery status: the steel plate to normalized(allows cooling) + tempering state delivery.

3.3 to the steel plate with try everything all inspection simulation billet after welding heat treatment process system for:

The biggest simulation after welding heat treatment: 690 + 14 ℃×20 + 20 h

Minimum simulation welding heat treatment: 690 + 14 ℃x 6 + 20 h

3.4 mechanical properties should be consistent with the provisions of the table 2 (sample for simulation of heat treatment after welding state).
