1. The applicable scope

The technology conditions is only for the double the hydrogen in a skirt with equipment SA387Gr22CL2 (9/4 gives Cr-1 Mo) steel production.

2. Chemical composition

The chemical composition of the steel plate should be in accordance with table 1.

（2）Smelting furnace, finished product analysis according to analysis by rolling out a sampling inspection。

（3）Tempering sensitivity modulus should meet the following embrittlement requirements：

X=(10P+5Sb+4Sn+As)×10^-2≤15ppm

Element in the formula replaced by ppm，such as 0.01％replaced by 100ppm J=(Si_Mn)(P+Sn)×10⁴≤100（％）

（P＋Sn）≤0.012％

4. Delivery status

Steel plate tonormalized (guarantee bainite organization 90% of the cooling speed frequency) and tempering  state delivery. Normalized temperature shall not exceed 968 ℃, tempering shall not be lower than 720 ℃temperature.

5. Mechanical properties

The mechanical properties of the steel plate should comply with the provisions of the table 2 (sample for simulation of heat treatment after welding state)
