What Is SA387GR12 Steel Plate?

SA387GR12 is a 1% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum alloy steel plate designed for moderate high-temperature service. It offers better creep resistance and oxidation resistance than carbon steel while remaining more economical than higher chromium grades. This grade is widely used in applications where service temperatures reach up to 540°C and good fabricability is required.
