SA387GR5 Steel Plate | ASME SA387 Grade 5 Class 1 & Class 2 Supplier – Gangsteel

Gangsteel is a professional manufacturer and exporter of SA387GR5 Steel Plate (ASME SA387 Grade 5). With more than 15 years of experience in 5Cr-0.5Mo alloy steels, we supply both Class 1 and Class 2 SA387 Gr5 plates to power plants, refineries, and high-temperature pressure vessel projects worldwide. SA387GR5 is known for its excellent resistance to hydrogen attack and good high-temperature performance.

What Is SA387GR5 Steel Plate?

SA387GR5 is a 5% chromium and 0.5% molybdenum alloy steel plate designed for elevated temperature service in corrosive environments. It offers superior resistance to hydrogen attack and good creep resistance at temperatures up to 650°C. This grade is widely used in applications where higher chromium content is needed for better corrosion and oxidation resistance compared to SA387GR11 or SA387GR12.
