GB/T 3531 15MnNiDR steel plate, also written as 15MnNiDR pressure vessel steel plate, GB3531 15MnNiDR, 15MnNiDR low-temperature steel plate, is a Mn-Ni low-temperature pressure vessel plate under GB/T 3531, with typical Charpy at -45°C and yield about 325 MPa in the thin band. (Note: GB/T 713.3-2023 removed 15MnNiDR from the successor list; mills still supply it under GB/T 3531 / customer specs.) Gangsteel (HENAN GANG IRON AND STEEL) produces and exports 15MnNiDR plates for low-temperature vessels and exchangers with mill certificates.

The 2023 succession splits low-temp coverage into GB/T 713.3 (low-alloy low-temp) and GB/T 713.4 (nickel alloy low-temp). Official mill/certificate grade is 15MnNiDR. Minimum yield is about 325 MPa for 6–16 mm, 315 MPa for >16–36 mm, and 305 MPa for >36–60 mm. Typical tensile bands are shown in the mechanical properties table on this page; confirm the contracted GB/T 3531 or GB/T 713.3/713.4 edition before design.
Charpy KV2 is typically -45°C / ≥60 J. Always state the required Charpy temperature and energy on the purchase order.
