GB/T 713 12Cr1MoVR steel plate, also written as 12Cr1MoVR pressure vessel steel plate, GB713 12Cr1MoVR, 1Cr-Mo-V vessel plate, is a Cr-Mo-V alloy boiler and pressure vessel plate under GB/T 713 / GB/T 713.2, typically N+T (temper ≥680°C), with about 245 MPa min yield (6–60 mm) and tensile 440-590 MPa for elevated-temperature boiler service. Gangsteel (HENAN GANG IRON AND STEEL) produces and exports 12Cr1MoVR plates cut to size with MTC for Cr-Mo-V boiler drums and headers.

EN 10204 3.1 as standard; 3.2 with third-party inspection when ordered. MTC lists heat analysis, mechanical tests, delivery condition and any optional UT / Z / HIC / elevated-temperature results.
