1. The technology conditions apply to thickness of 8 ~ 150 mm thick 15 MnVB steel plates.

2. The size of the steel plate shape and weight deviation should be allowed to meet GB709-88.

3. Technical requirements

3.1 chemical composition (melting analysis) shall conform to the provisions of the GB3077-88 standard, see table 1

3.2 delivery status: high temperature tempering + annealing

4. Mechanical properties

4.1 steel plate annealing or high temperature of tempering hardness value should comply with the regulations of the GB3077-88 standard, hardness < 207 HB.

4.2 provide sample conditioning state room temperature tensile and impact on performance.

4.3 by batch inspection sample steel macrostructure and nonmetallic inclusion. The test methods perform Gb3077-88 standard to the provisions of article 3.5, the results should meet Gb3077-88 standard article 3.6 of table 4 center loose, general loose, segregation and the provisions of article 3.6 table 5.

4.4 steel plate sampling inspection decarburization layer thickness, the thickness of the decarburization layer should not be no more than 2.0% of the plate thickness, inspection of each batch number one.
