3, technical requirements

3.1 chemical composition

3.2 delivery status: the steel plate with normalizing + tempering state to delivery

3.3 mechanics and process performance

3.3.1The room temperature and low temperature steel track the mechanics and process performance should comply with the provisions of the table 2.
