(2) Ceq formulas for the Ceq (%) = C + Mn / 6 + (Mo + Cr + V) / 5 + (Ni + Cu) / 15

(3) Pcm formulas for the Pcm (%) = C + Si / 30 + Mn / 20 + Cu / 20 + Ni / 60 + Cr / 20 + Mo / 15 + V / 10 + 5 B

2.2 mechanical properties

Note: (1) using 200 mm standard samples from, measuring 50 mm standard from the elongation of the inside.

(2) AKV-three sample frequency 47 J is average for qualified, if not at the beginning of the check, allowing the review,,According to the three review of average as judgement basis.

2.3 delivery status: controlled rolling and tempering
