1. Applicable scope

The technology conditions apply to hydrogenation equipment using 12 Cr2Mo1R (H) thick plate developed.

2. The steel plate size and shape, weight, allow deviation and surface quality should be consistent with the provisions of GB6654 standard.

3. Chemical composition

The chemical composition of the steel plate should comply with the provisions of the table 1.

note:Tempering sensitivity modulus should meet the following embrittlement requirements:

J=(Si_Mn)(P+Sn)×104≤100(%)

(P+Sn)≤0.014

Element in the formula should replaced by percentage content。

4. Delivery status: the steel plate to normalizing + tempering state delivery.

5. Mechanical properties

The mechanical properties of the steel plate should be in accordance with table 2 and the provisions of the table 3 (sample for simulation of heat treatment after state)
