1. Applicable scope

This technology can be used in making conditions such as hydrogenation reactor in reforming SA387Gr22CL2 steel plate with hydrogen.

2. The steel plate size and shape, weight, allow deviation and surface quality should be consistent with the provisions of GB6654 standard.

3. Chemical composition

The chemical composition of the steel plate should comply with the provisions of the table 1.

Note: (1) * residual trace elements analysis results do only records, does not make the acceptance conditions.

(2) smelting furnace, product analysis according to analysis by rolling a sampling inspection.

(3) the tempering sensitivity modulus should meet the following embrittlement requirements:

J = (Si_Mn) (P + Sn) x 104 or 100 (%)

Type of element to percentage content replaced

X = (10 P + 5 Sb + 4 Sn + As) X 10-2 than 15 PPM

Type of element to the content of PPM replaced

4. Delivery status: the steel plate to normalizing + tempering state delivery.

5 mechanical properties

The mechanical properties of the steel plate should comply with the provisions of the table 2 (sample for simulation of heat treatment after welding state)
