1. The applicable scope

The technology conditions apply to no more than 120 mm thickness of WH100Q steel plates.

WH100Q steel used in manufacturing requirements of good welding properties coal mine hydraulic support, heavy vehicles, engineering machinery and other structural steel components.

2. The size, shape, weight and allow deviation

Steel plate size, shape, weight and deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions of GB/T709.

3. Chemical composition

The chemical composition of steel (melting analysis) should be in accordance with table 1

4. mechanical properties

The mechanical properties of the steel plate test results should comply with the provisions of the table 2.

Note: 1) thickness no more than 80 mm steel plate according to the table 2 doing the performance test and judgement .

2) > 80 ~ 120 mm provide delivery status and sample conditioning mechanical properties and the state thickness hardness value, table 2 performance requirements for reference only.

5. Delivery status:

No More than 80 mm, quenching and tempering

> 80 ~ 120 mm, controlled rolling.
