What Is SS 430 2B Stainless Steel Sheet?

SS 430 2B stainless steel sheet is the go-to industrial finish for a nickel-free ferritic grade that balances performance and price perfectly. The 2B surface is created by cold rolling, annealing, pickling, and a final light skin-pass on polished rolls. This gives a smooth, slightly reflective matte silver-gray appearance (Ra 0.1–0.5 μm) that looks clean and professional without being overly shiny. It hides minor marks well, cleans easily, and offers solid corrosion resistance right out of the box.

Because it contains no nickel, SS 430 2B sheet keeps costs stable and is fully recyclable.
