What Is 430 2B Cold Rolled Stainless Steel Plate?

430 2B cold rolled stainless steel plate is a nickel-free ferritic grade (16–18% Cr) that delivers a smooth, slightly reflective matte silver-gray surface through cold rolling, annealing, pickling, and a light skin-pass on polished rolls. The 2B finish (Ra 0.1–0.5 μm) provides uniform appearance, excellent cleanability, and superior corrosion resistance due to the pickled surface, making it the most popular industrial finish for functional and structural applications.
