The BA finish on 430 stainless steel coil is achieved through bright annealing in a controlled hydrogen-nitrogen atmosphere after cold rolling. This process eliminates oxidation and scaling, producing a highly reflective, mirror-like surface with excellent cleanliness and Ra values typically below 0.1 μm. The result is a bright, silver-white appearance with superior gloss (70–90%) that requires no additional polishing, making it the preferred choice for visible and decorative applications.
